This statement explains how Burlybed processes personal data submitted as part of our Ambassador Programme, complying with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Data We Collect

When you apply to become a Burlybed Ambassador, we collect:

• Name

• Email address

• Social media handles and profile links

• Age confirmation (16+)

• Information you provide in your application

• Any additional content you choose to submit (e.g. photos, videos, testimonials)

How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

• To review and assess your ambassador application

• To contact you regarding your application

• To maintain internal records of applicants

Legal Basis for Processing

Our legal basis for processing your data is consent.

By submitting your application, you consent to us using your information for the purposes listed above.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting marketing@burlybed.co.uk

Data Sharing

We may share your data with:

• Internal Burlybed staff involved in the ambassador selection process

• IT and website service providers who support our systems

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Data Retention

We retain ambassador applications for 12 months from the date of submission.

After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless you become an ambassador, in which case our agreement will apply

Your Rights
